I think it’s a joke. A lot of Wal-Marts are okay with trucks using their lots, since they tend to have such massive parking lots that are never even near full.

Walmart policy is to allow truckers to park overnight. Old man Sam Walmart started out as a trucker and when he made it in the retail world that’s one of the things he established. That’s one reason the lots are huge, and you’ll see semis & RVs parked in the far side of the lot.
This guy probably needs a new pair of socks or underwear and setting up for an easy exit. I’ve done it many times with a 26’ box truck.

he’s not in the lane, and it appears to be a fairly empty lot, and I bet he’s in the cab and can move it it if becomes an issue. I’m ok with this. Asshat level = 5% max
